Ukrainskiy Ilya Viktorovich, born July 29, 2001, citizen of Russia, resident of Irkutsk, student of the law faculty of the Irkutsk National Research Technical University. On August 23, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Art. 30 of Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for high treason in the form of going over to the enemy's side") to 6 years in a strict regime colony and 1 year of restricted freedom. Deprived of liberty since January 28, 2023.
