Umerov Aider Osmanovich

Umerov Aider Osmanovich, born April 19, 1996, Crimean Tatar, citizen of Ukraine, resident of the village of Rykovo, Genichesk district, Kherson region, Ukraine. On November 10, 2022, he was sentenced by the court under Part 2 of Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation on the territory of a foreign state in an armed formation not provided for by the legislation of this state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation") to 6 years in a strict regime penal colony with the first year served in prison.
Deprived of liberty since mid-May 2022.
