Usov Nikolai Mikhailovich, a resident of the Altai Territory. On August 29, 2024, under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("discrediting" the armed forces of the Russian Federation), he was sentenced to 1,5 years of compulsory work in a correctional center.
