Velikov Viktor Anatolievich born November 8, 1970, resident of Solnechnogorsk. Accused of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Russian Criminal Code (financing extremist activity) in connection with membership in the community of Jehovah's Witnesses, banned in Russia. Deprived of liberty since April 10, 2025.
