Zaitsev Valery Andreevich, born November 1, 2008, resident of the village of Solnechny, Khabarovsk Krai, high school student. On August 16, 2024, he was sentenced under Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities") and Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organization") to 4 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a correctional colony. Deprived of liberty since October 12, 2023.
