Zharkov Oleh Volodymyrovych, born December 21, 1971, citizen of Ukraine, married; he used to be a civilian worker in the Azov Regiment from 2018 to March 1, 2022, accused under Part 4 of Art. 35, Art. 278 ("Commission by a criminal organisation of actions aimed at the violent seizure of power and the violent change of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation", liable to up to 20 years' imprisonment), Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to 20 years' imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Deprived of liberty since March 2022.
