https://memopzk.org/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/bibochkin.jpg452600Hennadii Bybochkin is a citizen of Ukraine and a serviceman of the 12th Azov Special Purpose Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine. He was taken prisoner on 20 May 2022. On 29 December 2025, Bybochkin’s case was referred to the Southern District Military Court. On 20 March 2026, Judge Arslan Zhaginov found him guilty under the articles on undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activity and participation in a terrorist community and sentenced him to 19 years’ imprisonment. The defence appealed the verdict.
