On 21 October 2025, Andrii Hulak was added to Rosfinmonitoring's register of extremists and terrorists. By 17 August 2026, the Southern District Military Court had convicted him under Part 2 of Article 205.4 of the Russian Criminal Code ('Participation in a terrorist community') and sentenced him to 5 years and 4 months' imprisonment. He was charged with having served in Azov. The date from which he has been deprived of liberty is unknown.
