On January 28, 2025, under Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Terrorist act"), she was sentenced to 10 years in a general regime penal colony. She was taken into custody after the verdict was announced. The inclusion of people in the list of persons subject to criminal prosecution, which most likely contains signs of political motivation and a serious violation of the law, does not mean that they are recognized as political prisoners.
