Belinsky of Penza State University. Sentenced to 16 years in a strict regime penal colony, a fine of 50,000 roubles and restriction of freedom for a term of 1.5 years on charges of committing crimes under Part 1 of Article 205.4 ("Creation of a terrorist community", liable to up to life imprisonment), Part 1 of Article 222 ("Illegal possession of weapons and ammunition", liable to up to 4 years' imprisonment), Part 1 of Article 222.1 ("Illegal possession of explosives", liable to up to 5 years' imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. In custody since October 18, 2017. On April 27, 2021, the Supreme Court rejected the appeal against the verdict.
