Many leave with nothing: no winter clothing, no money for the journey home, and health seriously damaged after months or years behind bars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We regularly hear from people who are about to be released and have no idea how they&#8217;ll manage their first days outside. Some need basic clothes and shoes. Some need urgent medical care. Others simply can&#8217;t afford a ticket home.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#XZPYMXJW\" style=\"display: none\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"#XGLLMBGM\" style=\"display: none\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our main focus remains on people who are currently facing persecution, but we don&#8217;t think release should mean facing these problems entirely alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Right now, seven people are preparing to return to life outside prison, and we&#8217;re raising \u20ac1,850 to help them take those first steps.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This fundraiser can only accept donations from outside Russia, so support from people like you abroad is what makes it possible at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your donation could pay for warm boots, urgent medical treatment, or a ticket home.
