Abdulvapov Ametkhan Nadzhip-ogly, born February 23, 1989, Crimean Tatar, lived in Simferopol, mechanical engineer. He is married and has two young children.

On March 15, 2023, he was sentenced by the Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don to 10 years and 6 months in prison on charges of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power and the violent change of the constitutional order"). The appellate court upheld the sentence.
