Abramov Vyacheslav Yurievich, born on August 31, 1986, a resident of St. Petersburg. Worked as a salesman.

In 2011, under Part 1 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal production, sale or transfer of narcotic drugs"), he was sentenced to probation.

In 2012, under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in death through negligence") and paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Theft committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy"), he was sentenced to 3 years and 8 months of imprisonment.

In 2014, under paragraph "a" of Part 3 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm by a group of persons"), he was sentenced to probation.

On April 5, 2024, he was sentenced under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of an individual or a group of persons on the basis of belonging to a particular social group, committed publicly, using the Internet, by an organized group") and Part 1.1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Involvement of a person in organising mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, the use of other substances and objects that pose a danger to others, as well as armed resistance to a government official") to 6 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a strict regime colony.
