Radik Mikhailovich Adnobaev, born on April 16, 1966, is an eco-activist, defender of Shiyes, and a former deputy of the Kargopol City Duma in the Arkhangelsk region. On September 2, 2024, under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Russian Criminal Code (“Public actions aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, committed by a person who has previously been held administratively liable for a similar act within one year”), he was sentenced to a fine of 140,000 rubles and 1 year and 6 months of restriction of freedom. On August 21, 2025, the court replaced the restriction of freedom with 4.5 months of compulsory labor in a correctional center.
