Sentenced under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 30 and Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power") to 13 years of imprisonment, of which 4 years to be served in prison, the rest in a strict regime penal colony, and to restriction of freedom for a period of 1 year.

In custody since March 27, 2019.
