According to the prosecution, in 2023, Nikolai Artamonov published a video and commentary online discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces. Furthermore, the man was accused of publicly justifying, promoting, and justifying terrorism online, as well as preparing to join a terrorist organization due to his attempt to join the Freedom of Russia Legion.
