Ashcheulov Aleksei Igorevich, born on July 28, 2003, citizen of Russia, resident of St. Petersburg, road worker.

On July 3, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 3 of Art. 30, Art. 275 ("Attempted treason"), Part 3 of Art. 30, Part 2 of Art. 205.5 ("Attempted participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 3 of Art. 30, Part 3 of Art. 322 ("Attempted illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 17 years of imprisonment, with the first 3 years to be served in prison, and the rest of the term in a strict regime colony.
