Baiguskarov Minniyar Bulatovich, 1958–2024, lived in the city of Meleuz, Republic of Bashkortostan, pensioner.

He was a defendant in the ‘Baimak case’, possibly suspected of committing an offence under part 2 of article 212 of the Russian Criminal Code (‘Participation in mass riots’, punishable by up to 8 years' imprisonment).

He was buried on 13 February 2024, after he committed suicide due to pressure from law enforcement structures, possibly subjected to torture during interrogation.
