Balin Andrei Albertovich

Balin Andrei Albertovich, born March 26, 1974, resident of Tolyatti, entrepreneur, political activist, former co-chairman of the Samara branch of PARNAS. In 2014, he was convicted under Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (""Incitement to hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity"").
