born April 19, 1954. Resident of the village of Novy Redant, Malgobek District, Ingushetia. Member of the Ingush Committee of National Unity (IKNE), member of the Council of Teips of the Ingush People. Akhmed has a bachelor's degree. He is a pensioner, married.

Sentenced to 9 years in a general regime penal colony under Part 3 of Article 33, Part 2 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("organisation of violence dangerous to the life or health of government officials in connection with the performance of their official duties"), Part 1 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Creation of an extremist organisation"), Part 3 of Article 239 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a non-profit organisation whose activities are associated with inciting citizens to refuse to fulfill their civic duties or to commit other illegal acts"). The appellate court upheld the sentence.
