Berkovich Yevgenia Borisovna, born April 29, 1985, lived in Moscow, theatre director, member of Kirill Serebrennikov's theatre troupe "Seventh Studio", has two adopted daughters in her care, one of whom is a minor. On July 8, 2024, she was sentenced to 6 years in a general regime penal colony under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism, using the media or the Internet", liable to up to 7 years in prison). On December 25, 2024, the appellate court reduced the sentence to 5 years and 7 months in a general regime penal colony.
