Bondarenko Yevgeny Vyacheslavovich

Bondarenko Yevgeny Vyacheslavovich, born on February 15, 1988, citizen of Russia, native of the Lviv Oblast of Ukraine, resident of Tula, has higher education, worked as a machine operator in a design bureau.

On March 27, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 3 of Art. 30, Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted treason: going over to the side of the enemy"), Part 3 of Art. 30, Part 2 of Art. 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1.1 of Art. 205.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Inducement, recruitment or other involvement of a person in the activities of a terrorist organisation") to 18 years of imprisonment with the first 3 years to be served in prison, and the rest of the term in a strict regime penal colony, with a fine of 500 thousand roubles (~€5300) and restriction of freedom after release for a period of 1 year.
