Chebanov Dmitry Sergeevich, born July 30, 1977, resident of Moscow, is in a de facto marital relationship with Zhanna Chernova. He graduated from a trade college, took various courses in Moscow, studied to be a psychologist, worked in advertising and PR, was involved in restaurant design, and worked as a self-employed. In 2002, under Part 1 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code ("Illegal production, sale or transfer of narcotics"), he was sentenced to 6 months of suspended imprisonment. In 2003, a criminal case under Part 4 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code ("Illegal acquisition, transfer, storage, transportation, transfer or carrying of firearms, their main parts and ammunition as part of a group") was sent to the prosecutor's office for approval of the indictment. There is no information on the results of the consideration.

April 5, 2024, under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person or a group of persons on the basis of belonging to a particular social group, committed publicly, using the Internet, by an organised group") and Part 1.1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Involvement of a person in organising mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, destruction of property, the use of other substances and objects that pose a danger to others, as well as armed resistance to a government official") to 7 years and 6 months of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
