Viktor Chepiha is a native of Luhansk region of Ukraine and a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who served as a grenade launcher operator. On 26 June 2024, he went missing in Donetsk region and was taken prisoner. In March 2026, a Russian court found him guilty under articles on participation in a terrorist community and undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activity. The sentence imposed is unknown. According to the prosecution, he joined the Aidar Battalion in April 2024.
