Chernov Andrei Sergeevich, born March 18, 1989, anti-fascist and left-wing activist from Penza, worked as a fitter-assembler at a plant, studied at the Physics and Mathematics Department of the Penza Pedagogical Institute. Sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime penal colony on charges of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 205.4 ("Participation in a terrorist community", liable to up to 10 years' imprisonment), Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph "g" of Part 4 of Art. 228.1 ("Attempted illegal sale of narcotic substances on a large scale", liable to up to 15 years' imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

In custody since November 9, 2017. On April 27, 2021, the Supreme Court rejected the cassation appeal against the verdict.
