Chernysh Oleksiy Oleksandrovych, born November 15, 1998, citizen of Ukraine, native of the village of Novonikolsk, Kremensky district, Luhansk Oblast.
On December 25, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 2 of Art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Participation in a terrorist organisation") and Art. 205.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Undergoing training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities") to 18 years of imprisonment in a strict regime colony with the first 3 years served in prison.
Deprived of liberty no later than March 28, 2022.
