Daineko Nikolai Dmitrievich, born June 2, 1996, resident of Moscow. Poet, participant in the Mayakovsky Readings, civil activist. Rock musician. On charges of committing crimes under paragraph "c" of Part 2 of Article 282 ("Humiliation of the dignity of a social group with the threat of violence using the Internet by an organized group", liable to up to 6 years in prison) and Part 3 of Article 280.4 ("Public calls for activities directed against state security committed by an organized group", liable to up to 7 years in prison) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, he was sentenced to 4 years in a general regime penal colony.
The appellate court upheld the sentence.
He was deprived of liberty from 25 September 2022. On 8 May 2026, he was released after completing his sentence.
