Davletshin Ruzil Rimovich, born September 2, 1988, and lived in Kazan.

He was charged under Part 1 of Article 205.5 ("Organizing the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 282.2 ("Organizing the activities of an extremist organisation"), and Part 1 of Article 205.1 ("Financing terrorist activities") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Sentenced to 18.5 years in a strict regime penal colony. The charges are related to his alleged involvement in the international religious organisation Hizb ut-Tahrir, banned in the Russian Federation, and the collection of membership fees of 500-1,000 rubles per person to print brochures for this organisation.

In custody since October 14, 2014.
