Dudchenko Sergei Alekseevich

Dudchenko Sergei Alekseevich, born December 6, 1987, resident of the city of Yessentuki, Stavropol Krai, biker, worked as a security guard, was engaged in motorcycle repair. Charged under Part 1 of Article 30, subparagraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 ("Preparation to commit a terrorist act by a group of persons by prior conspiracy", up to 10 years' imprisonment). On June 27, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 1 and Part 7 of Article 222 ("Illegal possession of ammunition for firearms", "Illegal sale of civilian smooth-bore long-barreled firearms"), Part 2 of Article 228 ("Illegal possession without the purpose of sale of narcotic drugs on a large scale"), Part 1 of Article 222.1 ("Illegal storage of explosives and explosive devices") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 7 years and 6 months in a general regime penal colony with a fine of 50 thousand rubles. Based on the totality of the sentences, Dudchenko faces up to 17 years and 6 months in prison, minus the time already served.
