Sentenced under paragraphs "a" and "b" of Part 2 of Article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Sabotage committed by an organized group and resulting in significant damage"), Part 4 of Article 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation, shipment or carrying of explosives or explosive devices committed by an organized group"), Part 3 of Article 226.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Smuggling an explosive device committed by an organized group") to 17 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony, a fine of 700 thousand rubles and restriction of freedom for 1.5 years.
