Eliseev Feliks Viktorovich

On December 19, 2023, he was sentenced by the 2nd Western District Military Court to 14 years' imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony and a fine of 100 thousand roubles (~€1100) under two paragraphs of Part 2 of Article 205.2 ("Public justification of terrorism", liable to up to 7 years' imprisonment) and Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("High treason, providing financial assistance to a foreign state in activities directed against the security of the Russian Federation", liable to up to life imprisonment). On April 16, 2024, the court upheld the sentence on appeal.

Deprived of liberty since December 2022.
