Yermolaev Vladimir Vladimirovich

Yermolaev Vladimir Vladimirovich, born October 12, 1988, lives in Chita, restaurateur. Under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Organisation of the activities of an extremist organisation") in connection with membership in the community of Jehovah's Witnesses banned in Russia, sentenced to 6.5 years in a general regime penal colony, with deprivation of the right to engage in leadership activities in public organisations for a period of 6 years, with restriction of freedom for 1 year and 6 months.

Detained on February 10, 2020, placed under house arrest on February 12, 2019. Released on April 3, 2020 on recognisance not to leave. In custody since June 6, 2022.
