Charged under Part 1.1 of Article 205.1 ("Assistance to terrorist activity", liable to up to 15 years' imprisonment), Part 2 of Article 205.2 ("Public calls for terrorism using the Internet", liable to up to 7 years' imprisonment), Part 1 of Article 30, Article 275 ("Preparation for high treason", liable to up to 10 years' imprisonment), Part 2 of Article 280 ("Public calls for extremist activity using the Internet", liable to up to 5 years' imprisonment), subparagraph "d" of Part 2 of Article. 207.3 ("Dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the RF Armed Forces motivated by political hatred", liable to up to 10 years' imprisonment) and Part 4 of Article 354.1 ("Dissemination of information expressing obvious disrespect for society about days of military glory, as well as desecration of symbols of Russia's military glory, insulting the memory of defenders of the Fatherland using the Internet", liable to up to 3 years' imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation; for this combination of articles she faces up to 22.5 years' imprisonment.
