Feldman Mikhail Valerievich, born July 8, 1971, citizen of the Russian Federation, lives in Kaliningrad, married, journalist, civil activist.
On June 17, 2015, on charges of committing crimes under Part 2 of Art. 213 ("Hooliganism motivated by political hatred or enmity by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") and Part 1 of Art. 222 ("Illegal storage of explosives") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, he was sentenced to 1 year, 1 month and 23 days in a general regime penal colony. He was deprived of liberty from March 11, 2014 to June 17, 2015, released in the courtroom.
In 2020-2021, he was convicted twice under Art. 329 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Desecration of the flag of the Russian Federation"). On May 8, 2023, he became a defendant in a new criminal case; on March 28, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Article 280.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public discrediting of the use of the RF Armed Forces") to 2 years in a general regime penal colony.
