Fevziev Raif Enverovich, born June 16, 1980. Resident of the village of Strogonovka, Simferopol district, Crimea. Citizen of the Russian Federation, has citizenship of Ukraine. Raif is married and has three minor children aged 14, 12 and 7. He is also a religious figure — imam.

On January 12, 2023, under Part 1 of Art. 205.5 ("Organising activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Art. 30, Art. 278 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power"), he was sentenced to 17 years of imprisonment, of which the first 3 years to be spent in prison, the rest — in a strict regime colony, with restriction of freedom for 1.5 years after release.
