Filatov Sergei Viktorovich, born June 6, 1972, lives in the Crimea in the city of Dzhankoy. Sentenced to 6 years in a general regime penal colony under Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organisation of the activities of a religious organisation, in respect of which a decision has been made to liquidate in connection with the implementation of extremist activity") in connection with membership in the community of Jehovah's Witnesses, banned in Russia. He was under a personal recognisance (a written undertaking not to leave the city) from November 15, 2018 to March 5, 2020, when he was taken into custody.
