Furgal Sergei Ivanovich

Furgal Sergei Ivanovich, born February 12, 1970, lived in Khabarovsk, has two higher educations - medical and economic, at the time of his arrest - Governor of Khabarovsk Krai, has certificates and medals from various government agencies. On February 10, 2023, he was sentenced under paragraphs "a", "g", "z", "k" of Part 2 of Article 105 ("Murder of two persons committed by an organized group, for hire, in order to conceal another crime"), Part 3 of Article 30, paragraphs "g", "z" of Part 2 of Article 105 ("Attempted murder committed by an organized group, for mercenary motives, for hire") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 22 years in a strict regime.
