Gaevsky Andrei Yuryevich, born November 17, 1983, resident of Moscow, musician, journalist, author of the encyclopedia "Rock of Eastern Europe", disabled person of the II group, single. He was accused of committing a crime under paragraph "d" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation based on political hatred"). On June 7, 2024, the court released Gaevsky from criminal liability and sentenced him to compulsory medical measures in a psychiatric hospital. Has been in custody since September 2024, left Russia.
