Moscow resident Sergei Gaydaichuk was charged under the article concerning financing the activities of an extremist organisation (Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Russian Criminal Code) over donations to the Anti-Corruption Foundation.

On 13 May 2026, law enforcement officers searched Gaydaichuk's home. The following day, the court remanded him in custody.

On 11 June 2026, Gaydaichuk was added to the Russian Federal Financial Monitoring Service's register.
