Accused under Part 1.1. Art. 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Inducement, recruitment or other involvement of a person in the activities of an extremist organisation", up to 8 years' imprisonment), Part 4 of Article 33, Part 3 of Article 321 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Incitement to disorganise the activities of a penal colony", up to 12 years' imprisonment) and Part 4 of Article 33, Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Incitement to battery", up to 2 years' imprisonment).
Deprived of liberty since October 30, 2024.
