Gataullin Azat Bikmullovich, born December 13, 1974 in Kazan, lived there. Married, three children, temporarily unemployed, secondary specialised education.

In 2005, he was convicted in connection with involvement in the banned "Hizb ut-Tahrir" under Part 1 of Article 205.1 and Part 2 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 4 years and 7 months of imprisonment, subsequently Part 1 of Article 205.1 was excluded from the sentence, and the term was reduced to 1 year.

Sentenced under Part 1 of Article 205.5 ("Organisation of the activities of a terrorist organisation"), Part 1 of Article 205.1 ("Assistance to terrorist activity"), Part 2 of Article. 205.2 ("Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism using the Internet") of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to 19 years in a strict regime penal colony

On May 15, 2024, he was sentenced on charges of committing crimes under Part 1.1 of Article 205.1 ("Assistance to terrorist activity") and Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public calls for terrorist activity, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism"). Punishment unknown.
