Goldychev Dmitry Valentinovich, born November 24, 1972, citizen of the Russian Federation, resident of St. Petersburg, has a residence permit in Ukraine, father of a minor child. On May 29, 2024, he was sentenced under Part 3 of Art. 30, Art. 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted high treason" as amended by the Federal Law of November 12, 2012) and Part 3 of Art. 30, Part 2 of Art. 208 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted participation in an armed formation on the territory of a foreign state that is not provided for by the legislation of that state, for purposes contrary to the interests of the Russian Federation", as amended by the Federal Law of July 6, 2016) to 13 years of imprisonment with the first 4 years to be served in prison, the remaining term in a strict regime colony, with a fine of 200 thousand rubles and restriction of freedom for 1 year 6 months of the year after release. Deprived of liberty on June 3, 2022.
