Hrytsyk Anatoliy Petrovych

Hrytsyk Anatoliy Petrovych, born June 1, 1976, citizen of Ukraine, is in a common-law marriage; from 2015 until April 2019, when he was dismissed, he was the chief of staff of a detachment in the Azov special forces regiment, head of the personnel department, deputy commander of the detachment for weapons and equipment with the military rank of lieutenant colonel, - accused under Part 4 of Art. 35, Art. 278 ("Commission by a criminal organisation of actions aimed at the violent seizure of power and violent change of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation", liable to up to 20 years in prison), Part 1 of Art. 205.5 ("organisation of the activities of a terrorist organisation", liable to up to life imprisonment) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Deprived of liberty since April 16, 2022.
