Guseykhanov Vagid Makhmudovich, born July 5, 1983, native of the village of Yargil, Republic of Dagestan. At the time of his arrest, he was temporarily unemployed.

Sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony and restriction of freedom for 1.5 years after release under Part 1 of Article 30 and paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for a terrorist act by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") and Part 2 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal storage of explosive devices by a group of persons by prior conspiracy").
Found guilty by the verdict of the Moscow District Military Court on March 10, 2016.

Effectively deprived of liberty since May 7, 2014.
