Guseykhanov Yusuf Makhmudovich, born January 6, 1988, native of the village of Yargil, Republic of Dagestan. Worked as a crane operator in Moscow.
Sentenced to 12 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony and restriction of freedom for 1.5 years under Part 1 of Article 30 and paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for a terrorist act by a group of persons by prior conspiracy") and two episodes of Part 2 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Illegal storage of ammunition and explosive devices by a group of persons by prior conspiracy").
Found guilty by the verdict of the Moscow District Military Court on March 10, 2016.
De facto deprived of liberty since May 7, 2014.
