Khabarov Aleksei Nikolaevich, born on February 15, 1975, lives in Pskov.

September 7, 2021 under Part 1 Art. 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organisation of the activity of an extremist organisation") due to membership in the community of Jehovah's Witnesses banned in Russia, sentenced to 3 years of conditional imprisonment with a probationary period of 2 years. On November 26, 2021, the sentence was canceled, the case was sent for a new consideration.

In June 2022, the court issued an acquittal. In November 2022, the court overturned the acquittal on appeal, and the case was sent back to the court of first instance.

On October 20, 2023, he was sentenced under Part 2 Art. 282.2 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of an extremist organisation") up to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment. He was taken into custody in the courtroom. On December 20, 2023, the Pskov Regional Court reduced the term to 2 years and 4 months of imprisonment in a general regime colony.
