Khafizov Asgat Khasanovich

Khafizov Asgat Khasanovich, born May 4, 1985, and lived in Kazan. Under Part 1 of Article 205.5 ("Organising activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 282.2 ("Organisation of the activities of an extremist organisation") of the Russian Criminal Code, he was sentenced to 19 years and 2 months in a strict regime penal colony. Under Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1.1 of Article 205.1 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Involvement in the activities of a terrorist organisation"), he was sentenced to 16 years in prison. Thus, on August 5, 2021, based on the cumulative sentences, by partial addition of punishments, he was sentenced to 23 years in a special regime penal colony, including 3 years in prison. In custody since October 14, 2014.
