Khalilov Lenur Abduramanovich, born December 8, 1967. Resident of the village of Izobilnoye, Alushta district. Chairman of the Muslim community of this village. Citizen of Ukraine and the Russian Federation. Has secondary vocational education. Married.
Under Part 1 of Article 205.5 of the Russian Criminal Code ("Organising activities of a terrorist organisation") and Part 1 of Article 30, Article 278 ("Preparation for the violent seizure of power"), he was sentenced to 18 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony with restriction of freedom for 1 year and 6 months after release.
In custody since June 10, 2019 to August 20, 2025, when he was released due to cancer.
Taken back into custody on October 14, 2025.
