On charges of committing a crime under paragraphs "b" and "g" of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of Russia and its citizens, by a group of persons, a group of persons by prior conspiracy or an organized group, liable to up to 10 years' imprisonment"), sentenced to 5 years and 2 months in a general regime penal colony.
Has been in custody since April 10, 2022.
