Ivanishin Roman Vladimirovich, born January 2, 1982, resident of the village of Shakhtyorsk, Sakhalin Oblast, citizen of the Russian Federation, worked as a miner and docker loading coal. On September 23, 2022, he was called up for military service upon mobilisation, served in the rank of junior sergeant as a rifleman (according to other information - a medical instructor) of the 2nd squad, 2nd platoon, 6th company, 2nd motorised rifle battalion of the 39th separate guards motorised rifle brigade of the Russian Armed Forces.
On April 15, 2025, he was sentenced under Part 1 of Article 30, Article 352.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Preparation for voluntary surrender"), Article 352.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Voluntary surrender"), Part 3 of Article. 338 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Desertion during mobilisation") and three episodes of Part 3.1 of Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Unauthorised abandonment of a unit during mobilisation") to 15 years of imprisonment in a strict regime penal colony and deprived of his military rank.
From June 10, 2023, he was in Ukrainian captivity, on January 3, 2024, he was returned to Russia during an exchange, he was not released, in January 2024, the court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention.
